The challenge
Rooms had last been refurbished twenty years earlier: tired finishes, poor acoustics and bathrooms that drove the review scores down.

Our approach
A full strip-out floor by floor, new acoustic partitions and services, and a darker, layered Urban Boutique concept proven in a mock-up room first.
