The concept

A neighbourhood restaurant worth crossing town for

We cook the way the seasons tell us to. Black Sea fish arrives in the morning, vegetables come from small farms in Dobrogea, and everything that can meet an open flame does.

The room is warm and unhurried: brass, walnut and candlelight inside, olive trees and string lights on the terrace. Stay for one glass or for the whole night.
