This policy explains how Symphony Urban Living SRL ("we"), trading as Symphony Urban Living, handles personal data when you visit this website or send us a consultation request. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Symphony Urban Living SRL, registration no. J00/0000/2026, VAT RO00000000, Str. Moților nr. 16, Sector 3, București, Romania. For any privacy question, write to privacy@symphony-urban-living.example.
What we collect and why
Consultation requests. Your name, company, email address, phone number, the hotel's name and location, and the project details you choose to share (project type, approximate scope, timeline, budget range and any message).
- Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, prepare a proposal.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Website security. To stop abuse of the form we keep a short-lived, one-way hashed (not readable) version of your IP address for up to 24 hours — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. If we work together, project correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires for contractual and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the website, bound by data processing agreements:
- website hosting (Netlify, Inc.);
- database hosting (e.g. Neon Inc., EU region);
- transactional email delivery (e.g. Resend / our email provider).
Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its use, and a portable copy. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to privacy@symphony-urban-living.example. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
